Phyllis is an active member of the Poetry Discussion Group held every Monday evening at Northampton’s Forbes Library. On April 9, 2018 she presented poems from What the Living Do, and Magdalene by Marie Howe. On November 6, 2017 she presented poems from Vievee Francis’ awarding winning book, Forest Primeval published by Northwestern University Press, 2015.
EVENTS October 13, 2020: Poets,Jeff Friedman and Phyllis Katz, will be collaborating on an online reading from their most recent works, hosted by the Norwich Bookstore.
